Fully-automatic KEG cleaner and filler
The fully-automatic VARIOMASTER cleaning and filling machine is a linear module machine for handling KEGs. It addresses capacity range 60 to 600 KEGs/hour as a single or double line variant. Sturdy construction, good accessibility and low maintenance overhead are standout features of this machine model. Its use of leading edge components means the VARIOMASTER features both high level of biological safety and efficient use of cleaning agents. The modular layout of multiple lines operated in parallel means expansion is easy to realise here too when capacity requirements increase.

The machine consists of a stainless steel (1.4301) frame with brushed surface positioned on four levelling feet. The treatment heads combining compact design with large flow cross sections for high liquid rates. Stainless steel pneumatic valves with position indicators ensure safe operation and the early detection of any leaks. Our cleaning system for counter flow rinsing is also a component included in the basic equipment, as well as our condensate monitoring and an inductive flowmeter that controls the filling level. Due to the use of exclusively high quality components and materials the maintenance required, is reduced to a minimum.
Even the best type of product gets through defilement unenjoyable. That is why it is important not only during the brewing process, but also during the filling process to maintain the highest hygienic standards and controls. Beside the high quality standard of our machines, our special focus remains on the product safety during the cleaning and filling process. To ensure this, the VARIOMASTER machines are already basically equipped with different types of process control devices. For example: center spear opening control, electronic level sensors and our condensate monitoring system for a neutrality check before the filling process. Optionally our aseptic filling head is also available which besides maintaining the highest hygienic composition additionally sterilizes the product valve after each filling cycle.
